Last year, Nipsey Hussle made headlines when he decided to sell his Crenshaw album for $100 a pop. (It is also available for free on DatPiff.)
He named the campaign #Proud2Pay and it was a huge success, with his goal of one thousand albums sold being reached (Jay Z helped, a bit, buying 100 copies).
Now, the rapper is upping things. The L.A.-emcee just announced that he will be releasing his new project, Mailbox Money, on New Year’s Eve.
The album will be available on iTunes (for $10 bucks) and Datpiff for free if Christmas killed you. But, if you are a true #Proud2Pay member, you can cop a physical copy of the record for $1,000.

For the #Proud2Pay folk who cop the physical, you’ll also be invited to a release party for Victory Lap, Nipsey’s long-anticipated official album.
Mailbox Money will release tomorrow. Cop any way you can, and check out the tracklist below.
