Rumors have been floating around for some time now that Toya Wright and husband Memphitz‘s marriage is on the rocks. Well, now the reality TV star is finally opening up about her woes.
After her hubby announced that the pair will be starring in a new VH1 reality show called The Wright Thang, Toya took to social media to set the record straight and let her followers know that their alleged breakup is not for show. In a sentimental Instagram post, Lil Wayne‘s ex poured her heart out about the state of her marriage, stating:
Choosing to live my life publicly grants [you] the rights to it’s trials. It has been both a blessing and a curse, filled with both love and hate. Although I’m grateful for the yin & yang of the entire process thus far, that choice has unfortunately come at a steep price….
Toya, who had no problem weighing in on Weezy’s relationship with Christina Milian, also let her fans know she’s handling the process as best she can: through prayer. She stated:
My husband is a good man and what he is going through is bigger than me and your judgement. I will continue to pray and for those that understand, I do thank you for your support. And for the record, there is no show with me and my husband. No matter what you may feel about me, all I can do is pray and fight for my marriage
