Niagara Falls Man Sentenced To 15 Years After Impregnating 11-Year-Old Girl (DETAILS)
A man from Niagara Falls, who is a convicted sex offender, was recently sentenced to 15 years in prison after he impregnated an 11-year-old girl back in 2010.
The girl is now 16 years old and gave birth to her son back in 2011, after having a sexual relationship with 53-year-old Jack Berry, according to Times Union. A DNA test confirmed that he was the father.
Defense attorney James Faso Jr. commented on how guilty Berry feels for his actions:
“He didn’t feel there was anything to add. He had a child with this child, and feels terrible he made her grow up faster than she should grow up.”
Prior to this incident, Berry was convicted of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl in 1990, and served 8 years in prison.
