Liana Barrientos has been a very busy woman.
And not in any way you might expect. In the past eleven years, she has married ten different men without getting a single divorce, the NY Daily News reports. Now, she’s facing felony charges for filing a fraudulent marriage license application and possessing a bogus marriage license.
After her most recent marriage in 2010 to groom Salle Keita, the 39-year-old was exposed as a serial bride. A Bronx detective uncovered nine previous marriage licenses for Barrientos, including six that were issued within a span of six months.
Each felony count carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison. One thing’s for sure, Liana Barrientos has no trouble getting a man to put a ring on it.
