Tina Knowles‘ new husband Richard Lawson loves him some Jay Z and Beyonce.
The For Colored Girls actor was walking down the street when he was stopped for an impromptu interview by TMZ. The newly-married man revealed that he’s known Tina for 33 years and they’ve been like family for a while. He also said that settling down is the most important thing to him, and that he gets along swimmingly with Jay Z and Beyonce.
Lawson maintains that he and his family (including his famous daughter Bianca) and the Knowles family are one. He even goes on to pitch Jay’s streaming service Tidal, saying, “Everybody out there go buy Tidal, it’s the new thing, but it’s the right thing.”
