The folks over at Spotify are so damn lucky.
D’Angelo and The Vanguard performed for the streaming service’s “Live From Spotify NYC” series.
D’Angelo performed “Betray My Heart,” “Really Love,” and “The Door” from his December 2014 album Black Messiah. He also performed a cover of Prince’s “She’s Always In My Hair.”
Their live session was finally made public for streaming on Spotify, and for all you live music lovers, the crooner’s session is also available for purchase on iTunes.
