The good folks over at MTV had the brilliant idea to take Jhene Aiko grocery shopping to discuss her infamous “eat the booty like groceries” lyric from “Post To Be,” her hit collaboration with Omarion and Chris Brown.
MTV News’ Rob Markman and Jhene stroll down the aisles of a downtown Manhattan market and pick up everything from yams to watermelon. And if you’re wondering, the famed singer does all of her own grocery shopping in real life.
The interview’s pretty direct, but one thing everyone should take away from Jhene’s grocery trip is that “booty is life.” Just when you thought “ball is life,” Jhene makes it clear.
