Kourtney Kardashian is #bodyconfident just months after giving birth to her third child, Reign Aston Disick—and rightfully so.

Want to know her secret? She’s been putting in werk with Fergie’s trainer, Don Brooks, according to E! News. But don’t picture Kourt logging miles on the treadmill—normal workouts are for peasants, after all.

Developed by Kourtney’s trainer Don Brooks, the Don-A-Matrix method is “set up like a game” and involves Kourtney performing a variety of high-octane moves within the space of an hour (she trains with Don three to five times a week, currently).

Kourtney first came into contact with Brooks after attending a Black Eyed Peas concert, during which she was so envious of Fergie’s bod that she decided she wanted it as well. Because money works like that, or whatever.

They’ve been training together since the birth of Kourt’s second child, Penelope. We’ve got to hand it to Kourt and Scott Disick—their spawn is certainly #blessed in the gene arena.

Kourtney looks super fit, healthy, and most importantly, happy. Keep doing you, gurl.
