Hard work pays off.

J. Cole’s third studio album 2014 Forest Hills Drive has officially gone platinum. The album was released back in December 2014, and debuted at number one on the charts, moving 353,000 copies in its first week.

Since then, J. Cole has been tirelessly promoting the record with dope music videos and a three-part tour series featuring his Dreamville artists Bas, Cozz, and Omen, as well as friends Big Sean, Jhene Aiko, Pusha T, YG, and Jeremih.

Besides Cole, Drake is the only other rapper to go platinum in 2015. And right now, J. Cole is sitting back on top of the charts thanks to his feature on Janet Jackson’s “No Sleeep” single.

Congrats, Jermaine!
