It’s only right that one of the best rappers ever has one of the most expensive and limited pair of sneakers around.
Eminem’s recent collaboration with Carhartt and Jordan yielded just 10 pairs of Jordan 4s, which are all being auctioned off to support Michigan State University’s Community Music School. Sneakerheads weren’t even given a chance to camp out for the kicks because they were all auctioned on eBay. One pair sold for a staggering $30,100 and the cheapest pair went for $18,750. What a steal.
Em’s relationship with Jordan Brand is nothing new as he previously released a blue suede Jordan 4 and a Jordan 2 that featured his lyrics written across the toe box and along the collar. This time around, Jordan Brand added another crucial piece to the puzzle with the edition of Carhartt. The entire upper of the sneaker is comprised of Carhartt’s signature sturdy canvas. The collaboration makes total sense, as Carhartt is based in Dearborn, Mich., not far from Marshall’s hometown of Detroit.
You can bid for these on eBay, or just save that money for a down payment on a house.
