Michael Jordan’s approach to retail design began at the new Chicago flagship store and carries over to the Hong Kong outpost, which offers members-only perks such as custom t-shirts, jerseys and preregistration for upcoming releases. There will even be a wear-test area and product education courses, taking the customer experience to another level.
