Khloe Kardashian recently sat down with Nylon Magazine for a personal interview about dealing with the pressures of worldwide fame, body image, all those bizarre Kanye West tweets and her little friend who she’s named “Kamille.”

The 31-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and New York Times best-selling author is proud of her new smoking hot bod, but getting there was a decision for self improvement. “When I lost weight and went on my fitness journey, it was for me. It wasn’t about somebody else. I’d been told I’d been fat my entire life,” says the reality star. “I could’ve succumbed to plastic surgery or just really bad diets that are unhealthy for you, but I decided to make a lifestyle change and do things for myself and when I was ready.

She also talks about the difficulty of being followed by paparazzi and dealing with media scrutiny. “I call them champagne problems, cause they’re really not problems in the grand scheme of life, but they are problems we’re allowed to have.”

Khloe was also very “kandid” about the ongoing issue that is Kamille. “I have a camel toe problem—Kamille,” she tells the glossy magazine. “Kamille with a K. Now that I’ve lost weight, I swear my puss has lost weight too, which I did not know was an option but thank god. So she doesn’t care to be seen much these days…

And as far as those random twitter rants from her brother-in-law, Khloe is all for it. “I just love [Kanye’s] honesty and his just ability to really say whatever he wants and [he] kind of has no remorse. I hate when people tweet things and then they like delete it. I don’t like deleters. Whatever you say, own it!

Well…there was that time Kanye infamously ethered Wiz Khalifa and erased all evidence, but we get what you mean, Khloe.
