The Game is turning his former gangster lifestyle into a lucrative business move.
According to reports, the rapper has teamed with IM3 Gaming Studios to create a gritty mobile game set in Compton. During “Block Wars,” the goal is to conquer one street at a time while competing with rival gangs to sell weed, guns, knives, buildings, and cars.
The app stars the Cali emcee as the hood boss of his hometown and is set to expand to include an East Coast vs. West Coast war.
The Game took to his Instagram to share the news with fans, writing, “#BlockWars is about to murder every game on smart phones !!!!! We ain’t playing NO GAMES !!!!!!!”
“Block Wars” is set to drop this summer for free. In-app purchases (for weapons, cars, goons, etc.) will range from 99 cents to $99.
Just a couple of days ago, the artist also revealed that he was named ambassador for game developer Atari.
Game is finally making business moves that put some ‘respeck’ on his name.
