Jennifer Williams has been doing her own thing since leaving the cast of Basketball Wives after it’s fourth season.
Now, the reality star and former BFF to Evelyn Lozada is speaking out about how her ex-friend tried to block her blessings. Rumors have been swirling for months that the OG cast of the hit VH1 show, including Jennifer, Evelyn and Shaunie O’Neal were set to return. But according to Jennifer, that may be easier said than done.
In an interview with Z 107.9, Jennifer spoke about the possible return to BBW, revealing that she was offered to do a panel for Tami Roman‘s book. Jennifer continued, “I did the panel, and that went great. And we were having conversations…next thing I know our conversation started going in a different direction. And I was told that one of the cast members did not want me back.”
When asked if she thought it was Ev who didn’t want her back on the show, she said, “Well that’s the thing. I’m definitely cool with Shaunie, Tami and I have a great relationship, [our friendship has kind of developed outside of the show], Evelyn and I definitely are not friends. And I don’t know why the new girls would say that. You can figure that out for yourself.”
The former best friends have not repaired their relationship since Evelyn felt a way about Jennifer speaking about her relationship with Chad “OchoCinco” Johnson in interviews.
