Robin Thicke is not having such a great year.

Just a few months after his father, Alan Thicke, died of a heart attack, the singer is dealing with a different type of drama involving his own son. TMZ reports that Paula Patton‘s nanny told a 911 dispatcher that 6-year-old Julian was a wreck every time a visit with his dad was nearing.

The cops were called to mediate after Julian was reportedly unwilling to meet with his dad and stayed put in Patton’s car at a Malibu park where the former couple conducts their drop-offs for visits. In the audio, the nanny describes what she says are the child’s fears whenever Robin has a scheduled visit. She says says the boy literally prays to the angels and cries the day before visits and tries to avoid them “like the plague.”

The nanny also told police that Thicke was in violation of their restraining order and isn’t supposed to arrive at the park until Patton leaves. As you may recall, Paula filed the restraining order back in February after Julian told school officials that his dad was using excessive physical force on him.

DCFS is investigating claims Robin used excessive physical punishment on Julian.
