Kodak Black is still behind bars for violating the terms of his probation, and things just seem to be getting worse for him.

On Friday, the Florida rapper appeared in court to give a testimony about his ongoing assault case, stemming from an incident that took place at a Miami strip club back in February, where he allegedly punched and kicked a female bartender. During the hearing, it was revealed that Kodak was also kicked out of a group anger management session for excessive burping.

Sun-Sentinel reports that the rapper became too much of a disturbance during the sessions and his counselor, Ramona Sanchez, testified that after she asked him to leave, he refused — she threatened to call 911. Kodak reportedly grabbed both her phone and her wrist to prevent her from making the call and she later recommended that he be transferred to individual sessions.

As you may recall, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is facing up to eight years in jail for the probation violation. The hearing will proceed on Wednesday.
