Just when Kenya Moore thought she was done with her ex Matt Jordan for good, things took a major turn.

TMZ reports that a judge tossed out the restraining order that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star had against Jordan when she couldn’t find him to serve legal docs. Kenya was a no-show at the hearing on Wednesday and her lawyer revealed that she only skipped court because she knew the judge would toss out the order once he heard Matt hadn’t been served.

The two have had a publicly tumultuous relationship since they started dating a couple of years ago. The restraining order came after Kenya got fed up with Matt’s stalking him calling her “up to 30 times a day between September and February, even after blocking his number.”

Kenya’s lawyer says she will refile for another protective order; however, first she has to locate Matt.
