ASAP Ferg held it down for New York when he performed an hour long set at Visible’s ‘InVisible NY’ pop up activation in SoHo.

Visible is an innovative new wireless carrier that the masses are referring to as “the future of phone service.” Over the weekend they collaborated with The Fader, SoundCloud, and Hypebeast to produce “InVisible NY,” a pop up experience that will be open until November 20th at 435 Broadway in SoHo (New York City).

What makes this pop up activation “InVisible” is that it’s hidden in plain sight. It’s tucked away behind the worst phone repair shop imaginable, Invisible Phone Repair.

In fact, the InVisible pop up plays on the fact that there are no physical Visible stores. Visible has no physical address. The InVisible installation was created in partnership with Brooklyn-based creative agency Madwell and media agency Zenith’s VM1, and follows up on Visible’s nationwide “404 Store Not Found” installations. It’s an Instagram worthy experience, that pushes the limits of the imagination through five separate installations exploring a journey from complexity and confusion to the tranquility and clarity of Visible. You simply have to see it to truly appreciate it.

Thankfully, tons of people got to appreciate it as they listened to tunes spun by QuestLove and a super dope performance by ASAP Ferg.

Fans of all ages, races, gender and Burroughs hit up the activation to see Ferg rock the mic live. The nationwide showcases, which were powered by SoundCloud, will also feature Lizzo and Lion Babe in upcoming cities.

Fans can also get their hands on limited edition clothing drops from Visible and Hypebeast, in addition to checking out a live installation by artist Naturel.  Best of all, the installation is free and open to the public.
