The brawl between Halle Berry‘s fiance Olivier Martinez and her ex-husband Gabriel Aubry has left many shocked, but worse, it’s left Olivier bruised.
The 46-year-old French actor was recently spotted getting pumping gas at a station the day after the Thanksgiving fight, and he looked to be a little bruised up with a swollen right hand.

It seems like he is doing better than Gabriel, however, who was arrested for a misdemeanor battery and eventually released on bail from the LA police after the brawl ensued.
He was spotted leaving the station that evening with a blanket over his face so that photographers couldn’t get a picture of him.

As for Halle, her main concern was protecting daughter Nahla Aubry, so she decided to take her for a girls’ night out last night to see Yo Gabba Gabba at the LA Nokia Theater. According to Us Weekly, the two have been escorted by police for any activity outside of their home.
Halle, Nahla, and Olivier all currently have a protective order that prevents Gabriel from getting within 100 feet of them.
And according to the mag a close source claims Aubry is the one who “intiated” the brawl after dropping off his daughter to spend Thanksgiving with Halle Berry. The site reports:
After the two men exchanged words, Aubry “attempted to use his size to intimidate,” the source explains. “He shoved Olivier, then punched him. Olivier just defended himself.”
