Not everyone is making Kim Kardashian a first priority in their life.
The 32-year-old reality star was spotted leaving The Ivy in L.A. with sister Khloe Kardashian after a late lunch, and while Khlo made time for big sister Kimmy, people from her past certainly aren’t.
The deposition in the divorce trial between Kim and husband Kris Humphries began this week, and Kim’s done all she can to share her side of the story, even though Kris has blown it off.

According to TMZ, the Brooklyn Nets superstar didn’t show up to the deposition this week because he had practice and travel obligations with his team.
While Kim spent 9 long hours sitting with lawyers for her deposition, Kris “had just finished a game Monday night in Michigan, had practice Tuesday and was traveling later that day to Dallas for a Wednesday game.”

Surprisingly enough, Kris says he will be missing any basketball obligations on May 6th when the trial proceeds, even if he wasn’t in attendance this week.
We kinda think Kris should show up to his own deposition, considering he’s the one who started the whole thing!
