A whopping 49 girls were hurt in the pandemonium, and 14 teenage girls were taken away in ambulances.
The Mayor of Oslo, Norway threatened a state of emergency if the crowd didn’t relax, and after a few hours of chaos, Justin’s “Beliebers” finally got the message: it’s not THAT serious.
