With today being December 31st, everybody wants to leave the bulls**t behind and look forward to good things to come in the year 2013, but A$AP Rocky isn’t that lucky.

The young Harlem rapper, who has stated that he’s fed up with being sued, is facing another lawsuit from Shenick Alcine, who claims he witnessed Rocky get high in a NY clothing store back in July – before it resulted in a violent altercation.

Ironically, this stems from the same incident where A$AP Rocky reportedly attacked two amateur photographers for taking pics of him giving a “beatdown.”
This definitely gives a new meaning to substance abuse! Let’s hope for Rocky’s sake, this is the last time he ever has to deal with a lawsuit.
