Because the famous brand, which produces products like Twinkies and Wonder Bread, could not reach a mediation agreement with the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International (BCTGM) Union, they will be forced to liquidate. A New York bankruptcy judge announced today that he will move forward with a “liquidation scenario.”
