Miley Cyrus At The 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Balmain (PHOTOS)

There is just one word to describe how we feel about Miley Cyrus’ look for the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards: Love. 

The songstress took the carpet at the Las Vegas event looking like the queen of diamonds in a black, white and bling pant romper that was fit for the occasion. The Balmain jumpsuit was paired with Givenchy shoes and a perfect red lip that proves what we have been saying all along, Miley Cyrus is Fashion’s new it-girl. 

While on the carpet, Miley also dropped another gem; she revealed that her new single “We Can’t Stop” will be premiering on June 3 on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show.

We’ll be listening! But until then we will be right here lusting over her perfect red carpet look.
