Yesterday Moncler Grenoble did something a little different for their Fall/Winter 2012 Fashion Show.

Instead of using a regular runway to display their clothing, Moncler used 180 professional ice skaters to synchronize skate while wearing Moncler’s Fall 2012 collection right in the Wollman ice-skating rink, in the heart of Central Park.

The show’s background soundtrack consisted of current New York based musicians and newly released music.

Inspired by the Sixties, the collection showcases warm furs, soft wools and futuristic fabrics. The color palette consisted of a lot of neutral colors, mainly white, with a pops of reds and blues. It was very appropriate for the time of year that it is now and for when the collection will be released.
