Complex may know a thing or two about covers!

Every issue, there are at least two covers; one for each month of the bi-monthly men’s magazine. The February/March issue is even more special than your average – mainly because Rihanna is on the cover, but also because there are seven separate covers … all featuring RiRi!

The covers are in celebration of Rihanna’s seventh album Unapologetic, and Complex did an awesome job of making the magazine covers as sexy as each of her album covers.

Throughout the magazine, we really got a chance to get personal with Rihanna. From her 777 tour where she famously took a whole crew of bloggers and other media outlets to join her on a whirlwind 7 days of nonstop touring, to the feeling she got when her latest album Unapologetic opened at Number 1 on the Billboard charts, to her relationship with Chris Brown, RiRi talked about it all.

On her latest album, Rihanna Says:

“When I was making this record I had no intention except the truth, so whatever is there is real. It’s raw. That’s why the album is called Unapologetic.”

When discussing how Jay-Z felt about her collaboration with Chris Brown on the Birthday Cake Remix, Rihanna’s manager, Tyran “Ty-Ty” Smith says:

“The-Dream didn’t write it for them as a duet. Jay-Z and I were in the car together listening to the song, and we thought it would be a great duet. It sounds dope. It feels good. That’s how Chris ended up on the song.”

Ty-Ty goes on to talk about Rihanna’s work ethic by saying:

It’s not all about champagne and bubbles and blunts. She’s working really, really hard.

Rihanna looks flawless in each one of the shots that seem to replicate her album cover, however she is fully clothed! It is Complex, and not Playboy after all. You can read the entire article over at the Complex website.
