Students and alumni didn't allow a slight pivot from a normal HBCU Homecoming celebration to distract them from what is most important during this season - getting these fits off. A new challenge was created on social media to highlight fashionable looks for any Homecoming occasion using the #HomecomingDripOff hashtag.
While everyone loves a good story about a celebrity and their HBCU experience, many of America’s politicians were also stand-up men and women at colleges and universities such as Spelman, Howard, Tuskegee, and many more.
Having a college degree is a blessing wherever you decide to go to school. But there is something about the HBCU experience that can't and won't ever be imitated at predominantly White institutions.
