What do you call a $22 million dollar condominium that only has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet and separate shoe closet? We call it the ultimate bachelor pad.

Located in the Minami-Azabu district of Minato, Tokyo, the fully remodeled, spacious, one bedroom unit is officially back on the market. The owner purchased this penthouse unit brand new and spent 18 months renovating it to the masterpiece that it is now.

Even though the home is not the optimal place to have guests stay over, the dining room was built for company. The Japanese “Ryotei” style dining room is designed specifically for dinner parties where the chef can serve the guests directly from the gourmet kitchen.

The artwork in the home is just as original as the renovations. The living room boasts an original art piece by Hiroshi Senju painted on-site. Most of the furniture in the home is custom designed by Ceccotti Collezioni, as well as Italian imported stone and wood used for many of the walls, flooring, and doors. Meanwhile, the kitchen is fitted with all La Cornue appliances.

The luxurious bathroom is fitted with a hot tub and a 60 inch TV, and the hallway’s walls opens up to reveal a massive 200 pair shoe storage unit.

We don’t think that it gets much better than this, but if we had the same 4,434 square feet at our disposal, we might want at least one more bedroom and full bathroom. Take a look at the pictures from the condominium in the gallery above.
