Michael K. Williams just may be the hardest working man in show business. From The Wire to Boardwalk Empire to his new film The Gambler, Williams shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

The talented actor  (pictured above an exclusive photo from the film with his co-star Mark Wahlberg) sat down with GlobalGrind and dished on his new role in The Gambler, working with Mark Wahlberg, and the NYPD protests after the death of Eric Garner. He revealed:

“I think the protests are amazing. I’m glad that the community is pulling together. I think the youth should use this as an opportunity to learn the laws: What police can and cannot do when you’re stopped, vote, find out who your local politicians are. I’m hoping this will spark young people to get more involved; not just with the presidency election, with the local election.”

Check out the full interview above. The Gambler is in theaters Christmas Day.
