Every once in awhile, Beyonce takes a break from taking us on her journey through pictures on her website, and posts a personal hand-written message.

The 31-year-old beauty recently posted a new note to her website, I Am Beyonce and showed off a quote that inspires her.

Here I Am --- Ugly, dull, poor, beautiful, rich, interesting, amusing, ridiculous --- take me or leave me. And how beautiful it is to be doing only what lies within your own capabilities and is part of your own nature. It is a great burned rolled off a man's back. When he comes to appear nothing that he is not. Take take out of life only what is truly his own.

Beyonce is all about accepting who you are, flaws and all and as usual her posts are powerful.

It looks like Queen Bey has good reason to be in positive vibes. The first official trailer for the fantasy movie Epic has been released and the super woman takes on the voice of Queen Tara in the Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox Animation.

Can't stop, won't stop! We bet Bey can't wait to show off her animation skills to her little tot, Blue Ivy.
