A man living in Key West, Florida, who reportedly told his partner that "if Barack gets re-elected, I'm not going to be around," was not lying or exaggerating.

64-year-old Henry Hamilton was found dead on November 8 in his condo not far from two empty prescription bottles, one for Xanax which is used to treat anxiety, and one for Seroquel which treats schizophrenia. The words "F--- Obama!" were engraved on his will.

Florida police say an autopsy will determine his cause of death, but have confirmed that there is evidence of foul play.

His partner, Michael Cossey, told police that Hamilton was "very upset about the election results." He also said that Hamilton "has been very stressed about his business," and that they last spoke "when we watched the election results" on Nov. 6.

Hamilton's dead body was found in the condo that he and Cossey shared.
