She was about to come out with her seventh album, but it looks like J. Lo is no longer with Epic Records.

Her manager, Benny Medina has released a statement regarding Jennifer’s move:

‘Jennifer had a wonderful relationship with the Sony Music Group, and they have shared many successes together, but the time was right to make a change that best serves the direction of her career as an actress and recording artist. She is grateful and appreciative to everyone at Sony for all that they accomplished together.’

It’s been said that J. Lo is negotiating a new record deal now to release her album that reportedly had contributions from The Neptunes, Rodney Jerkins, and Jim Jonsin. Who should Jennifer sign with? Are you checking for her music, or should she return to the big screen?
