Katy Perry performed on the Today Show last week, all pretty in pink, turning the stage into her own personal candy land. Her third album, “Teenage Dream” dropped this week, and has created quite a buzz for her. This is Katy Perry’s third studio album, but second mainstream pop album. The first album “Katy Hudson” was released under Christian music when she was 15 years old. Perry became well known after her single “I Kissed a Girl” reached the top of the charts in 2008 followed by “Hot n Cold.” She definitely showed us here in New York what being a California Gurl is about.
