Alicia Keys is looking like she’s ready to go into labor any day now, as she attended her Keep a Child Alive event last night.
The very pregnant Alicia looked absolutely stunning with hubby and producer Swizz Beatz by her side. The Keep a Child Alive Black Ball brought out some of music’s biggest stars including Whitney Houston, Usher, Sade, Janelle Monae, and Ryan Leslie.
