When you think of hip-hop the first thing that comes to mind isn’t mushy love songs. But rappers need love too.

With Drake’s newest love-stricken song “Marvin’s Room” leaking this morning, it inspired GlobalGrind to round up the best hip-hop love songs ever!

Everyone need love and although rappers often boast about hoes, money and the street life, from time to time they also get in touch with their softer side.  

One of the most memorable hip-hop songs of all time has to go to LL Cool J’s “I Need Love” song. LL Cool J was one of the first rappers to profess his love in such a heartfelt, yet, hip-hop kind of way.
