This summer Stussy is collaborating with animator JJ Villard on a limited edition line of shirts.
You may not know exactly who JJ Villard is, but chances are you have seen his work. JJ has worked on many Hollywood films including “Shrek the Third,” “Shrek Forever After” and “Monsters vs. Aliens,” before landing his current gig at Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim.
Stussy decided to make a limited t-shirt line based around his sketches and although JJ’s personal work may not be anything like the work he has done professionally, his sketches tell you a lot about his personality.
Inspired by ’80s pop culture, horror films and things of a darker nature, JJ’s sketchbook art is available now at Stussy stores worldwide on 3 different t-shirts that can be seen after the jump.
