Adorable and talented teen actress Elle Fanning had a night of firsts last night. She attended her very first fashion show, Chanel’s Haute Couture presentation in Paris.

‘This is my first-ever fashion show and it’s the first time I’ve been to Paris, so I think this night will be pretty special,” the 13-year-old actress told WWD.
The “Super 8” star made the Chanel photo-call and she looked great, keeping up with veterans like Diane Kruger who wore a 2009 Chanel Haute Couture dress.
Grey was a recurring theme in the Chanel presentation which took place under the the center dome of the Grand Palais. Chanel’s Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld transformed the Palais into a spectacular glass and light venue, recreating a black granite version of Place Vendome replete with glass street lamps.
Lagerfeld’s collection was all about the suit which mixed androgyny and femininity, using pleats, tweeds, fringe and feathers for a striking silhouette.
