WHAT: Mr. Benjamin may just be the new Jimi Hendrix, on the green screen that is. Reports are that the Outkast crooner could be playing the character of the electric guitarist in an movie about his life.
Three Stacks may have Jason Derulo to thank for the epic role, as it has been said that the popstar turned down the chance to be in the independent film so that he could work on his upcoming album. GlobalGrind thinks the rapper-turned-“Idlewild”-actor would do the part justice, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
