If You Swagger Jack Kim Kardashian, You Will Get SUED! Ask Old Navy — KICKIN’ IT WITH THE KARDASHIANS
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries were touchy feely during a recent event at Sunset Tower on July 20, 2011 in West Hollywood, California. Maybe Kris was comforting his boo during a difficult time.
Kim Kardashian sued Old Navy for using Reggie Bush‘s new girlfriend Melissa Molinaro in their latest ads, stating that the clothing company is using her likeness.
Naturally, Melissa and Kim Kardashian do favor each other, but the advertisting spot doesn’t mention Kim’s name, the Kardashian name or anything of the sort.

In a lawsuit first seen on TMZ, Kim’s lawyers stated,
“Old Navy launched a multimedia advertising campaign featuring television and online ads that misappropriate Kardashian’s likeness in the form of a celebrity look-alike, and styled the infringing ads to evoke Kardashian’s identity and persona.’
‘Kim Kardashian is immediately recognisable, and is known for her look and style. Her identity and persona are valuable. When her intellectual property rights are violated, she intends to enforce them.”
