After a long hiatus from the spotlight and the music business, Lauryn Hill is back! She recently made a public appearance in New York City on Monday (April 19) to attend the Tanzania Education Trust New York Gala hosted by President Jakaya Kikwete of the United Republic of Tanzania at the Hotel Plaza Athenee.
