Miley Cyrus has officially started celebrating her birthday. Even if it is a month away!
Miley’s first stop was Little Door Restaurant in West Hollywood to join the celebration of Kelly Osbourne‘s 27th Birthday.

The “Party in the USA” singer will turn 19 on November 23rd and her actor boyfriend Liam Hemsworth has already started showering her with gifts.
Miley tweeted:
“Just got myself an early b-day present 🙂 how cute is this little black diamond “L” necklace! Reminds me of my boo”

Sure enough, Miley wore her new necklace to Kelly’s birthday’s dinner and appeared to be floating on Cloud 9.
Miley started dating BF Liam after they met on the set of The Last Song in 2009 and they’ve been on and off ever since. While we all know Miley, Liam is about to hit the big time as well. Look for his star turn as Gale when the film adaptation of smash book The Hunger Games hits theaters this spring.
