The popular nightclub 40/40, owned by brand new poppa Jay-Z, is set to reopen on January 19th, 2012!
The nightclub originally opened in 2003 and has been closed since June 1st, 2011.

After months of closure and $10 million in renovations, the nightclub will open with all new features. These new features include a restaurant with state of the art technology and brand new menus.
The reopening will be an invite only event and surely the hottest party to attend next Thursday.
The new father is rumored to make an appearance at the debut and we’re not surprised!
Jay has a lot of recent success to celebrate, including the birth of baby Blue Ivy Carter with wife Beyoncé Knowles, his new billboard hit “Glory” and becoming the face of Duracell.
Oh, and let’s not forget the huge decision to move the New Jersey Nets to his hometown of Brooklyn, NY.
Phew. Mr. Carter sure isn’t taking any days off!
