We’ve all been anxious for weeks, waiting for UK’s Ed Sheeran to reveal which rap artist he was recording with for his new EP The Slumdon Bridge.

Well, the wait is over! Just a few hours ago, Sheeran announced via his Twitter account that none other than Shady Record’s very own, Yelawolf, was the chosen one:

“I might as well reveal who I did #theslumdonbridge EP with now. 4 tracks, out in a month, and the artist I made it with was…Yelawolf.”

Soon after, Sheeran uploaded the first single titled “You Don’t Know (For F*ck Sake). After a first listen, it’s clear why Sheeran opted to collaborate with Yela – these two artists’ styles gel so well.

The ‘melody man’ sings:

“I’m back with bang, yo / sweet with my ped and my pad, yo/ but every single one of my fans know / that every damn show / I’m takin’ their ears on a journey like I’m flyin’ over seas with Van Gogh”

Both Sheeran and Yelawolf are also currently filming the visuals to “You Don’t Know (For F*ck Sake), so we can anticipate a video soon enough

Sheeran shares with fans that the EP will be “out in a month.” Can’t wait to here the project in its entirety.
