Muscle Man Mark is back and in full effect, but this time he is designing shirts featuring his good ol’ pals over at South Park.

In his newest t-shirt launch Marc Jacobs has South Park‘s Cartman going balls out for melanoma awareness.

As a follow up to his immortalization of Muscle Man Marc on a November episode of Comedy Central’s South Park (which he tattooed on his body), the designer is now paying homage to the characters that drew him into their playtime scenes.

The shirts, made to benefit The Interdisciplinary Melanoma Cooperative Group at New York University, features the naked Eric Cartman, Randy Marsh and Butters Stotch urging people to protect their biggest organ.

Jacobs and president Robert Duffy’s T-shirt collaboration with the charity are the follow-ups to the past collaborations with celebrities, including Naomi Campbell, Dita Von Teese and Victoria Beckham.

But what about Kenny’s shirt? Marc and the team claim they really wanted to disrobe Kenny for the shoot, but South Park wasn’t letting Kenny sell his goodies. Oh no, they must have killed Kenny yet again.

The shirts retail for $35 and are now on sale online and at Marc by Marc Jacobs boutiques.
