HarperCollins announced yesterday that it plans to publish a new Justin Bieber book titled Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started. Bieber’s new book will be a photographic book, which will focus on the 17-year-old’s journey as he goes on a global tour, makes a movie and creates an album. This will be Bieber’s second book. Sugarland‘s lawyers have released a statement blaming the fans for the Indiana State Fair tragedy that happened back in August. In that incident, seven people were killed when strong winds caused the stage to collapse. [NME]
