Silent House star Elizabeth Olsen made her way to the set of her new movie Kill Your Darlings in Brooklyn, NY in a laidback, yet stylish “who cares?” getup yesterday.
Despite the fact that the 23-year-old actress wasn’t scheduled to shoot, she opted to make her first appearance to check out the happenings on set looking super trendy in a large amber hat, black leather vest with white button-up shirt, brown skinny pants and brown oxfords.

Maybe she sported the floppy hat to shield from paparazzi. Maybe it was to camouflage a bare skin, no makeup day. Either way, the style trick worked! The floppy brimmed hat has been a hit since last fall, when Marc Jacobs sent a bevy of models down the runway in them last year.
The handbag is from her older twin sisters’ Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s successful designer label The Row.
