The first Ferrari to ever be sold in China was the 348 TS in 1992.

Right away you notice the Chinese influences with the red and gold custom paint job and dragon accent on the hood. Additionally, the car features gold embroidery on the headrest and the rims have been customized in gold as well.

The paint job is especially fitting since based on the Chinese zodiac, it happens to be the “Year of The Dragon.”

Only 20 of the Chinese edition Ferrari 458 will be made available, but there are other brands that have made special edition vehicles specifically for China. Jeep made a custom Wrangler; Chrysler made a China edition of its 300C and Rolls Royce made a $1.2 million “Year of the Dragon” Phantom that already sold out.
