Mike The Situation is fresh out of rehab and getting ready to leap into the belly of the beast that is the Jersey Shore crib down in Seaside Heights.

DETAILS: The Situation Leaves Rehab

As you could have guessed, this isn’t the best situation for someone who just got out of rehab, so Mike’s doctors have alerted MTV that Sitch will require a little bit of help to stay clean.

According to Radar:

The Situation is scheduled to begin filming the new season of Jersey Shore in June, and his “doctors at Cirque Lodge advised him that he should have a sober living companion with him at all times when he is in Seaside Heights. The sober living companion would have to move into the Shore house along with the other cast members.

The companion wouldn’t need, nor want to appear on camera, but putting Mike back into that world without a strong support system around him is asking for trouble. Mike doesn’t think he needs someone to be with him and essentially be a babysitter, and this has his doctors extremely concerned for his sobriety and recovery,” a source tells Radar exclusively.

It was previously rumored that MTV was looking to phase out The Situation and Snooki, who is currently expecting a child, but the entertainment company has denied those rumors. However, adding another member to the reality show to “babysit” the Situation could become a hassle.

Would you still watch the Jersey Shore guidos sans the Situation and Snooki?
