Even though the trial of the murder of her mother, brother and nephew began earlier this week, Jennifer still had the energy to put on an amazing performance with Ne-Yo on American Idol last night.
The duo performed their hit song, “Think Like a Man,” for the first time together.

It was a stunning performance by both Jennifer, who was looking sexy in a black leather dress, and Ne-Yo, who was rocking a white button-up and slacks, with his trademark fedora, of course.
After they were done singing, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest asked Jennifer a couple of questions. He asked her what it was like collaborating with Ne-Yo. She answered:
“It’s always exciting collaborating with Ne-Yo. He’s so talented. He’s so fun. Y’all love him, right?”
They love you too, Jennifer.
It was quite the homecoming for Jennifer who, back in 2004, was featured in season three of American Idol.
