Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took some time out from her busy schedule for a little R&R in Cartagena, Colombia – and she partied the night away with friends at Cafe Havana, indulging in some drinking and dancing.

Secretary Clinton is in Cartagena to attend the Summit of the Americas, which closed yesterday. For a going away party, Clinton and her team decided to let loose and throw back a few on the summit’s final day; dancing and drinking a few cervezas.

Clinton’s career in politics in winding down. She said she will not be a part of President’s Obama cabinet if he gets re-elected in November.
